A Christening or Baptism is the first step on a life’s journey of faith with God. This journey can start at any age.

Baptisms are available in all of our four churches for those already with a local connection or wishing to establish one. They are normally part of a weekly service so that the person being baptised can see that they are part of a wider church family. We warmly welcome all parents, Godparents, family and friends to this celebration of life and faith.

Before the Baptism itself, the vicar or a member of the ministry team will arrange to meet you and guide you through the essence of Baptism.
